Hey guys, well it seems that criminals are getting more and more desperate. Now, in a recent turn of events, crooks are targeting your local glass temples. Apple Stores of course!
Well, lately a lot of robberies have occured at Apple Stores and have resulted in a large amount of iPhones, iPod touch, and MacBook Pros to be stolen. Now, these are Apple’s most beautiful and valuable products, so naturally, those big glass boxes would make an easy target.
This time, an Apple Store in Pennsylvania was hit at about 1:30pm and they stole 17 iPhones, which is about $10,000 worth of merchindise! Now during the daylight! These guys had balls to do this. If some guy was trying to steal from me in broad daylight, he’d be on the ground in a second and the store would be on lockdown.
Well, you all know how I hate idiots, and these robberies could affect everyone, which is more reason to hate these theives. So please, if you know anyone involved in any Apple Store robbery, please turn them in. Apple will know exactly who has the devices. They all have unique device identifier.
Now, as I was saying, this could come back to all of us. In what ways? Simple. If robberies keep occuring, and $10,000 and $1,000,000 worth of products are being stolen at a time, we’re going to feel it the next time we buy an Apple product. Apple will have to recouperate their stolen goods value some how.
Also, you may be purchasing a stolen iPhone or iPod touch! That’s a crime! Buying stolen goods could land you in jail. So if your going to buy an iPhone from someone, make sure to snap a pic of their license plates or address to have as insurance. Also have someone else with you to take pics or video of the transaction.
So there you go guys, bottom line, stop crooks from stealing from Apple, cuz it could end up sending you to jail.
Hey, well ya i agree these people are being stupid and no one should really be steling from computer superstores, but dude ur totally wrong with what ur saying about the repurcussion of apple upping there overpriced devices in the first place. apple inc. has a huge net income from the extra money that they add onto all of there devices. these robberies wont even dent there jumbo sized wallet.

i know its pretty sorry that this keeps happening but.. honestly with the way they make the interior of the apple stores its no wonder they keep getting jacked, and if they raise prices to get their money back then they will simply loose more money
DJ RIFFIC: They always get their koney. In one way or another. Let that be discretely though keeping products the same price, even though they aren’t worth that. Or in next gen devices. That’s how Apple wins. They get a bunch of (often) revenue because they keep their products at a premium.
Truehybridx: No. Usually stores don’t do anything. It takes more $$$ to catch them and prosecute than it takes to just make another one. That’s Apple’s dirty little secret. That’s why they don’t make a big deal of thefts, because making brand new ones is way cheaper than to bring theives to jusitce.

well surely they have a switch they can throw for 7/hr that will fuck the iphones up if they connect to apple lol, i dont mean prosecute them… just brick the iphones
Mcmuffin: Hellz yeah. I got mine from someone. I know it’s not stolen because I registered it to me just fine. If it were stolen, Apple would have not allowed me to register the phone under my name or anything. Also, when I registered the phone to me, I was on AT&T remember? So AT&T wouldn’t have allowed the iTunes activation to occur.
