Here we go again everyone, another new firmware is being tested and has been released to a few developers earlier today. This new build of the firmware is accompanied by a new SDK with the build (9M2611). This new version has no other new features (none noted by Apple anyway). Apple just said that this new build is nothing beyond “compatibility testing”. There is also no mention of the back round push notification service that Apple promised a while back. When asked about the push notification service Steve Jobs had this to say “We’re running a bit late… We want to get it 100% the first time”Now if someone would ask him about copy and paste, flash support, and Java support, I wonder what he would say then…

ahh i think apple is trying to get smart… “certain” developers means fewer than last time to see who could be leaking out the firmware besides apple employees
