BREAKING NEWS: Apple Set To Purchase Lala!

December 4th, 2009 by Alan Vazquez · 4 Comments

Well guys, this comes as great news to me. It seems as though Apple has been “in talks” with Lala (a streaming music company) about plans to purchase them. Well, Apple has neither denied nor confirmed the rumors that exploded earlier today about them buying Lala. Also, Lala had no comment about the rumors (which I believe are extremely credible).

So what can we expect Apple to do with Lala? Simple, streaming music for iTunes users, as well as allowing customers to store music on their new billion dollar server field. Now, sources indicate that Apple is more interested in Lala’s developers and their knowledge of “cloud-based systems”.

So everyone, expect there to be brand new services coming to iTunes in 2010, iPhone OS 4.0, and the 4th generation (not necessarily 4G) iPhone. I for one would applaud streaming music and storage for music. Why storage? Simple, because I know what it feels like to have your hard drive die (This has happened to me 2x) and loose your 10,000 songs, 200 videos, and 7,000 photos. Not to mention contacts, calendars, etc. (I was left with whatever was on my iPhone, only about 2,000 songs)

So, I applaud Apple and their near-future purchase.

Truehybridx: You’re on somethin heavy, lol. Apple wouldn’t release something “not field tested”. They test it, but their stupid ass beta testers don’t know anything. (Except us here at LEI! lol) :)
