So you are creating custom ringtones that are 30 seconds long but your iPhone is really only ringing for 20 seconds. How do you fix this? simple, just follow these easy steps:
1. Dial *#61# and press call
2. Right down the phone number that you see. You will need it in the next step. If you do not see a number dial ##61# then press call. (this cancels your forwards) and start over.
3. Dial **61*(the number you just wrote down)**30# and press call.
Your iPhone will now ring for 30 seconds before it goes to voicemail!
T-Mobile US: All you have to do is dial: *#61*11**30#
