Iphone stacks and restarts in 5 min in same mode. 2. tried restore of Iphone firmware by itunes but it gives me an error "The iPhone "iPhone" cannot be restored. This device isn't eligible for the requested build." 3. tried 2 above mentioned steps on different PC/Laptops and even reinstalling Itunes completely. Have nothing in my mind anymore... HLP!!!! My Iphone 3Gs 3.1.2 died:(

Check cydia website, Dev-Team dont have the tool to jailbreak at this time. If you want jailbreak, you have to downgrade to 3.1.2. You should have check first if firmware 3.1.3 can be unlocked.
