These are legally unlocked iPhones. As in Apple unlocked these iPhones. No need to unlock with Pwnage. Just jailbreak.

The new iphone 3g’s that are for sale , are they being sold with firmware 2.2?
if so, can they still be unlocked AND jailbroken??
id like to know because im about to sale my 2g iphone and buy a 3g.
