The App Store will mainly distribute apps. Enterprises can distribute apps just to their employees. They authorize iPhones within their enterprise and then create applications that just run on those phones. The apps can be distributed just through their intranet. Adding a third way to distribute apps — Ad Hoc. The apps can be distributed in any way to up to 100 authorized iPhones.
