More rumors are coming out of the internet gadget sites, this time the infamous “iPhone Nano” rumor again. Now this rumor actually seems very possible believe it or not. The main idea of what people are saying today seems to lead to 1 of 2 things. The first is a dumbed down version of the iPhone 3G. This may seem a little strange. The question is why are you doubtful of this? Remember a little something called the “iPod touch”? Well I do, and this is why this version may seem a little bit probable to me.

So, on to the second rumor, (now this one seems like our best bet) an iPod Nano, with a virtual click wheel. I say that this is very possible because, even I have made drawings of this. I have made diagrams of such a device since back in 2007 when the iPhone was introduced.

Now, according to Daily Mail (They are the ones who allegedly “leaked” the story) they say that an iPhone Nano is in the works, and will be launched in the US and in the UK. They say that it will be launched as a “pay as you go” type of deal. They say that Apple is making an iPhone Nano because selling the iPhone 3G at the price that it is at is too expensive for a pay as you go phone.

Now whether these rumors turn out to be fact or fiction, this has yet to be seen. But I can tell you this, if these rumors are real, we should see (an already highly expected) Keynote this fall, and we should be getting leaked firmware’s about a month before the event. More to come…
