WaterField Designs sent us three iPhone cases for review. They sent the iPhone Smart Case, the iPhone Travel Case, and the iPhone Suede Jacket Case. The iPhone Suede Jacket Case is perfect for that person who does not like large cases or belt clips and puts the iPhone in their pocket.
This is the perfect case for me. I do not like big bulky cases because I like to keep my phone in my pocket. The iPhone Suede Jacket Case keeps your phone protected while it is in your pocket and doubles as a screen cleaner. At times it can be difficult to answer the phone as the volume switch gets stuck on the stitching. You just have to twist the case a little and the phone will slide right out. The iPhone Suede case does not provide any protection from drops like others cases will. So if you are careful with your stuff I would recommend the iPhone Suede Case and score it 4.5/5. Phone Suede Jacket Case $9 / 2.5 ” x 4.6″ / 0.1oz
The iPhone Smart Case offers more protection that the iPhone Suede Case, but is a bit bulky. It is not as bulky as some of the case I have seen but you really would not be able to fit it in your pocket. This case is more for the person who likes to keep their phone in a travel case or purse.
The iPhone Smart Case offers a snug fit and very soft material to help protect and clean the iPhone’s screen. If you are the type of person that likes cases that protect your phone while you are using it, this case is not for you. You are unable to use the phone with this type of case. You will have to slide the phone out which can be tricky at times because of the tight fit. This is a good thing though as you do not want your phone to slip out.
Overall the iPhone Smart Case is a great choice if you are looking for a new case. It is similar to the iPhone Suede Case but adds a little more bulk and a lot more protection. I would also give this case a 4.5/5. Available in one size and three varieties: Slip, Flap and Clip:
iPhone Smart Case $35/$39 / 2.6 ” x 4.75″ x 0.75″ / 1.3oz
The last product that we received from SFBags was the iPhone Travel Case. This case could be used for just about anything. You can store your iPhone, iPod, travel chargers, earphones, and more. If you are in the market for a well designed and durable bag that holds your stuff for traveling then the iPhone Travel Case is something to check out. The case is fully padded in the inside to help protect your expensive items and has self locking zippers. I would give is a score of 4/5. Available in three sizes:
Large Travel Case $39 / 10″ x 5.5″ x 1.5″ / 7oz
Medium Travel Case $37 / 7″ x 3.5″ x 2 ” / 4oz
Small Travel Case $35 / 6 ” x 2.75″ x 1.5″ / 2oz

I like the look of the Travel Case. I have too much loose junk in my bag and that might help me organize it. I checked out the website and they also sell really cool laptop bags…. Uh-oh. 😉
