It was a matter of time everyone, CMW is going to release WinPwn 2.5 very soon. Now why is this not much news to me, well, seeing as the iPhone Dev Team completely remade The Pwnage Tool’s GUI to a more complicated looking ,yet easier to use interface, it was just a matter of time that CMW would make WinPwn’s interface just like Pwnage Tool’s. CMW says that a release will be very very soon. He says that it will bring new features as well as that new GUI that I have mentioned.

Some of the new features that are expected to arrive in version 2.5 include: a root partition resizer, auto updater, DFU helper function, Spotlight type feature to search for firmware, and various needed bug fixes. I’ll keep you guys updated with any important updates or release of WinPwn. CMW said that he will update his website with new screen shots everyday (Or close to it, cut him some slack if he doesn’t update everyday he’s trying, trust me)
