I have finally decided to make my own installer source to add my mods and hacks. Instead of manually updating phones after an update or restore, I can use installer to do it for me instantly.
So far I have added a few things like new icons, sms tones, YouTube fix, T-Mobile’s T-Zone Hack, and a few others. I will constantly be updating it with more and more things that I find unique and useful. Most of the downloads will be available to manually download at code.google.com/p/iphone2/
If anyone wants me to add specific content please let me know, otherwise, please follow the guide bellow to learn how to install the Limited Edition iPhone Source1. First open Installer.app
2. Click on Sources
3. Click Edit
4. Click Add
5. Type: https://limitededitioniphone.com/lei.xml and then hit OK
6. Click Done
7. Click Refresh and you will see Limited Edition iPhone in the Sources
8. Your done! Now go to install and browse all the new items.
I did everything u said but when ever I try to connect you tube using edge its say you tube not available. you tube works fine with my wifi connection but not for edge. everything else works fine when I connect to edge. Any suggestions anyone
I am using Iphone 1.1.3 and I used ISwitcher to change the shape of the icons and it went very good , but the point the background for all of my icons is black and I do not know how to change it to be a nice coloured background

The signal status bars disappear with your carrier images.

Robert: they do not work with 1.1.3+ I will try updating them when I am on the plane this saturday.

it would be nice if there was compatibility list for the programs, I guess everything will be a bit more smoother when the developers kit is up and running.

I upgraded to 1.1.4 and re-unlocked using the excellent Ziphone.win 2.5 and now the iunlock.no EDGE settings fix no longer works so the damn thing loses any EDGE APN data input.
Not that I’ve yet managed to pick up email via edge on vodafone UK!
Has anyone got an EDGE settings fix for 1.1.4?
try downloading all the sources by shai in a wifi area I’m sure someone in those 70 sources can help
actually I found it in tweaks 1.1.3 its just in the wrong location. If anyone else needs help put my name in your ?”s since I have no website
you should not need an edge fix for 1.1.4
Please urgent help needed , My Iphone 16 GB m version 1.1.3 stopped working , I closed it an d on trying to open it the apple mark shows with flicking as if trying to install something from installer and keep like that for hours without opening … did I lost the dam thing

That almost happened another I know they left their phone alone and it rebooted on its own and worked but since u shut yours off I can’t answer that sorry:(
I’ve also lost the Edge indicator since I added your carrier image. So that’s the signal bars and the Edge indicator. The WiFi indicator works.

Hey….Im new to the whole iphone thing, but im having a problem with my SMS. Everytime i try to send more than one or two messages, it gives me an error. Also, u should know my phone is unlocked with a turbo sim. What can I do?
Try restoring it and doing it over with the ziphone jailbreak/unlock.

Question: I got a 1.1.4 16GB iphone and I’m running an unlocked phone with T-Mobile. Downloaded the Edge hack and got it up and running with T-Zones. However, the Edge hack by limitededitioniphone shuts down my wifi connection? Anyone knows a fix to keep the Edge hack and wifi running ?
Think first before of using/installing this “limitededitioniphone” it makes my iPhone ‘Installer” not functioning, refer to my few posted 81, 82, 83. Since then I’m stock. I can’t update.

No. That doesn’t do it. I’m not really sure what you mean by “away away from your antenna signal”.
the bottom of your iPhone has the attena that gives you signal that’s why its plastic and not metal like the rest of the iPhone , if this didn’t help go into tweaks or 1.1.? Tweaks for the answer in installer

INSTALLER CRASHES…..Im using 1.1.3 .I have had to restart several times because installer started to crash everytime I tried to open it.It started crashing once and then open,then twice,then three time and so on until it would just crash everytime..So I finally got it to load by disabling the wifi..After it loaded,I started to think,,,I always got this problem after I added LEI ,,so I deleted LEI from my sources and now my phone is loading back the way it did before I installed LEI..I think there is a problem here. My friends iphone has done the same thing also..So,,I was wondering,,Do you have any other people who have this problem as well???Thanks for your time and I appreciate all your work..Thanx Again
Well installer started to crash again,, so I deleted that hockey repo, its working better again…Can you help me figure this out…
I didnt have any problems until I installed LEI..And now installer wont even open..What can I do about this besides starting back over all over again.for the 5th or 6th time??.Someone must know about this problem there…?????any help here????

You need to restore but find the FW file and restore to 1.1.1. put the phone in recovery mode and restore manually I think…

Hi everybody, I got my iphone unlocked at a shop and when I try to go to youtube it saysâ€cannot connect to youtube†and when I ry to connect to safari it says†safari can’t open because it can’t find the server†but I am at home and connected to my wireless network and it says so in the settings. i tried doing the thing by opening installer and adding the url and when I try to refresh it, it says “Refresh Failed Could not refresh sources!†could you please help me out because my sister’s itouch is connected to youtube so its not a connection problem but i think its because the shop unlocked my phone.

You know I have unlocked my iphone and fallowed all the steps from ZiPhone. Until this day I have had NO problems with it at all. I was needing more sources I came across this site and have to say alot of neat apps from this source. Just wish some one would get the Yahoo Messager working . I have the MobileChat aswell as Apollo. But no Yahoo . I would have to say who ever is the first to get this out is going to the greatest hacker of all time . PLEASE Some one work on this . Aswell as a MMS package would be nice too aswell .
